Surprise: They don’t deliver in all areas apparently

They didn’t want to deliver my staff to Silwood heights in Eerste river because apparently according their manager in CapeTown it’s not safe. I hustled to get my stuff, the sales person Emmanuel was even responding to me in capital letters on whatsapp, clearly emphasizing he was fighting, after I asked him why was I not told that some areas in Cape Town are dangerous and they wouldn’t go there. It was so embarrassing, I had to organize a bakkie to fetch my stuff at a location they said it’s safer, guess what? On the day of delivery, they now want to meet at that location earlier then then they arranged, this time I told them it’s either they wait for noon or come deliver straight at my house. They came to deliver, only because everyone wanted to knock off early on saturday, now all of a sudden the place is safe when it suits them . When the drivers arrive they even so the surrounding, they were safe and it was a normal place. If they hasn’t delivered I would havs paid for the bakkie I hired. They never even apologized, the sales person was on my whatsapp, he viewed my status by mistake, he never even remembered to ask if things were delivered safe or what he just mized .
