Such bad bad customer service

I recently used their services as I was relocating from Cape Town and required storage too for a short while. There's a Caleb Chinyengura who was assisting me and did not send me an inventory list, I was basically quoted on a phone call and I mentioned that some of the things I wasn't sure as I was still packing; Caleb though assured me that it was fine. After they received my goods they wanted more money as there were goods which were not "declared" (these are a few plastics by the way). After all of that, I was subjected to being ignored when I wanted my goods delivered and this continued (after it was delivered) when I wanted my refundable deposit back. This Caleb ignored emails and never called back each time he promised to call back. He shouted at me on the phone too. When I asked for his manager’s contact information after his bad behaviour he threatened to withhold my deposit and stated that he was the manager. I have proof of these conversations on my email.

Please find an alternative if you can, they're not worth the trouble. If you happen to end up using their services, at least don't work with that disrespectful Caleb!
