Horrible experience with MEGASHIFT LOGISTICS, they arrived 9 hours late after they were supposed to arrive at 11 am. Damaged my property due to being in a rush and late.

The workers and drivers did the best they could with what they had but management was absent in addressing the situation.

Days after the event and NO ONE from MEGASHIFT LOGISTICS contacted me to apologize or discuss recompense.

I had tried calling and reaching management but they are totally unavailable.

I paid for a premium moving experience for the first time in my life and had the worst experience.

Stay as far away from MEGASHIFT LOGISTICS as possible.
