Rude and aggressive communication

If there was 0 stars I would give this company. I have moved many times before, and I used people from around the area to assist, and they have never given me any issues. I wanted to go with professionals but ended up with a headache. Whatever you do, don't use their services. At first, they do everything to get you to sign up with them; they are friendly and consistent with calls. The person who assisted me was Emmanuel; his communication style is very poor. First of all, their list has so many items that are omitted, they don't even advise you to write up your own list; you can't assume that everyone knows this information. The items that they have listed are not listed in a way that you can understand them. When I explained to Emmanuel that he had not communicated about certain things, he said it was my responsibility in an aggressive tone. Even though I had paid for the extra items and it was the holiday season, he refused to let his team offload my furniture. If you want peace of mind, especially at such a stressful time, please stay away from mega shift to move.
