Poor service and lies

Poor service, my clothes were collected on a Monday and Thamisanqa promised that they will be delivered on Saturday morning, I had to make arrangements to be in Joburg Saturday morning. They had delays but I was never informed in time, when I get to joburg and ask them what time are they going to deliver my staff. I told them I’m relocating and I don’t have a place to sleep since all my it ms were taken on Monday. After I was told my items will be delivered on a Sunday I asked them to keep me posted but they did not do that. I phoned joburg offices and asked to speak to their boss, they keep on telling me the boss is busy of which it was lies. I’m so not happy with the service
