Pathetic service.
I accepted a quote from Buzz movers to assist with the relocation of my fiance from Port Elizabeth on 27 December to Pretoria. The Mega Shift Logistics truck arrived two days late (29 December). We were promised that it takes maximum 4 days to deliver. On Wednesday (3 January), we were promised that delivery will happen between 14h00 - 16h00, a pattern that was repeated till today (6 January). Needles to state that we got assurances every day from Wednesday that the furniture will be delivered.
Even buzzmovers, whom I contracted, is also in cahoots with this lies and found wanting. The service is pathetic.
