Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic service. I was told my inventory would be delivered in 2-3 days, It is now 10 days later and my inventory has still not been delivered yet. I have spoken to a consultant this morning by the name of Caleb who has now informed me that it will only be delivered on Monday - which is 12 days later. Contract clearly states it takes 7-10 days for delivery. Previous consultants have been extremely rude and un-helpful. I have been trying to track and follow up as to where my inventory is and am constantly provided with inaccurate information from the consultants. I have relocated from Pretoria to Cape Town and have now spent a huge sum of money in order to get through my day to day life due to Megashift not being able to fulfill their promises.

Communication is extremely poor. I will most certainly not be using this company or referring them in the future.
