Paid deposit of R800, but they didnt do the job

I paid the deposit of R800 for removal of my house contents, they promised that they will bring a closed truck, driver and assistants on 01 Aug 2015 12:30, that they will also provides blankets to cover the furniture against dirt and from scratches. 13:00 when i call how far the truck was, there was no response from their office line and sale administrator's cell phone both went unanswered. I was so devastated, i called countless times times no one answer not a call to explain whats the problem was. only at 21:00 they sent open kia truck with a trailer, the people who came said they were from different company that i should pay them R800 balance. i was so unhappy but did not have a choice but pay them as they said isnt their fault they just here to help me. That Mega Shift Logistics called them at short notice \16:00"while they were doing their own jobs"
