Overall the communication is great

Overall the communication is great. I must allude to the gentlemen who assisted with the packing up, they did a great job and went the extra mile. However I must add that one of them carelessly placed my mirror whilst loading which ended up breaking because a bed base broke it and there was no accountability and liability from the company. Aside that, Rusty also made everything smooth having just been ****med by a moving company he went the extra mile to ensure that my worries were warranted and looked after. Thank you to the team.
