Overall good moving company

Overall it was a good company to use when moving. I moved from JHB to CPT end of October 2023. Their service was the most affordable compared to their competitors. My furniture arrived in CPT in good condition and nothing was damaged or missing. They did communicate with me throughout. 🙂

My only issue is that on the day of the move they had told me that the moving van had an issue and asked if they could come at later at 2pm. Unfortunately, that could not work as I had told them in advance to come at 8am and I also had a flight to catch later that afternoon. They did arrive late, at like 9:30am. I found that unprofessional from a service provider - as a service provider you need to sort out any issues prior and not try and inconvenience the customer, especially when they booked the time slot and service in advance.
