NEVER LOGISTICS

I have used megashift twice. My first time was in July 2023 I was moving from Johannesburg to George and they fetched my furniture on a Saturday morning and told me that my things would get to George in four days. I accepted this and booked a flight to George based on this. When I got to George, there was no communication and I had to be the one to call them to find out that my things were stored that weekend and they only started to come to George that Monday. Luckily I got a aibnb to accommodate me for about 2 days. By the end of the week my stuff still had not arrived in George and I had to move to another airbnb for the duration of the week. My stuff only arrived on the next Saturday. Fast forward now, I am making a move from George to CPT and I thought it would be a smooth move. Not only did Megashift come late causing me to almost miss my bus but my furniture has not arrived. I am currently in an airbnb again waiting for my stuff. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND their service to anyone.
