Never ever use this company

This is a poor company, and I will never recommend it to anyone. I am only giving it 1star because there is no "0". I used MEGASHIFT to move my house hold contents from CAPETOWN to PE. They broke my front door key & didn't bother to tell me the house was not locked because the key is broken. 2. They broke my Samsung door locking mechanism. 3. They stole my wife's new safety shoes, my hair clipper & daughter's adidas tacky. 4. They cut my camera's (CCTV) wires because they wanted to disconnect DVR - which they were not even supposed to touch. I have to pay another courier company to send the DVR back to Cape Town. My house failed inspection because of this - Now I have pay someone to fix the wires, reconnect DVR and make sure Cameras are working.

Caleb Chinyengura has been telling me that they are doing an investigation, it's been weeks and they are quiet. He is not even responding to my messages.
