My experience with Megashift Logistics was excellent. They communicated clearly throughout the move, even when my furniture had to be collected two days earlier than planned. My items arrived in Durban before I did, and they kept everything safely in their warehouse until delivery. Both the collection and delivery teams were friendly, professional, and handled my belongings with care. Everything arrived intact, including my TV and all boxes. Their pricing is affordable for the industry. My only suggestion is for the admin office to be clearer about extra costs (like bubble wrap), item lists, and box sizes. Still, any issues were resolved quickly. I appreciated how the drivers called ahead and always arrived earlier than scheduled. Moving alone was stressful, but they made it easier by keeping their promises and communicating well. I highly recommend Megashift Logistics.
