More like Mega****!!!

I was told I was going to receive my things on Friday the 3rd between 4 and 6. I left work early so that I can be home when they deliver. At 5h38 they told me that the guys are delaying and they would arrive the same day but at a different time around 9 the guy informed me. Which they didn't. Today I made contact with Caleb as he was Handling my quote asking him when my things would be delivered because I had to be at work. He said around 10. My address is on the quotation but seemingly the delivery guys went to KwaMashu whereas I am in Newlands East. They said it's dangerous. He suggested that they would need to bring in their Durban Guys and that would be an extra cost to me 😡😠 I suggested to Caleb to contact the nearest SAPS to be escorted seeing thy he has highlited that its a a danger zone. He went on and asked me to contact them as they are in a "meeting" he continues to talk over me like I am some child and does not listen to understand my concerns but listens to respond. He lacks professionalism, he lacks customer service skills, he lacks telephone etiquette, and cannot de-escalate. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. Affordable yes but lacks everything else. Soooo dissapointed and very frustrated 😤 Unprofessional, rude, pathetic, inconvenience, cannot think for themselves... There is alot of words I could use to describe their service. Not Caleb talking over me and NOT LISTENING to my concerns
