What a dreadful experience...after collecting our furniture on 30 January already...we are still waiting for delivery!!!!! We received confirmation in writing that our furniture would be delivered on 4/5 February and after not receiving any communication we phoned them, just to be told there is a slight delay...and that our furniture might only be delivered on 11/12 February...that to me does not constitute a slight delay...again no communication to confirm delivery...and we phoned again ...we received written confirmation that furniture will be delivered by 14h00 on 12 February...we also received a call confirming delivery after 14h00 on 12 February...Then when not hearing from the driver as promised we followed up only to be told no delivery was agreed...We have resulted in opening a case of ***** against the company and in particular one of his employees Emanual who refused to give his surname. We have been sleeping on a blow up mattress had to buy kitchen goods that was on the truck and xtra money spent on sleeping 2 nights in a hotel at great expense and the only feedback from Emanuel on our threats was go make a case I don't care....That is the attitude..I don't care...rude unprofessional...I don't wish this experience on anyone...please please do not be fooled by the pre-sales...post sale service is on none...only rude employees that do not care 🙃 Also there is literally 2 people working at this company...you cannot get to speak to another person or a manager or someone with authority...3 options when dialling the number but all go to the same person... DO NOT USE this company
