MEGASHIFT LOGISTICS

On the 29th of August 2024 this company collected my furniture from Port Elizabeth and dropping of in Johannesburg, A guy named Emmanuel was liaising the whole process fine. On the 2nd of September I receive a call from Emmanuel letting me know that my furniture is on the way ok the guys arrive and off load everything however my soundbar was missing and only then the delivery guy tells me about the missing soundbar. I then call Emmanuel very upset that he knew all along that my soundbar was missing but he said nothing. He then apologises and tells me that they are still searching for it at their warehouse which was just lies😠😠 I have not received any updates from this mega shift unprofessional company whatsoever. On the 20th of September I make contact with this Emmanuel guy and he sends me a WhatsApp text saying that his boss will send me an email regarding the update and guess what?? I have not received anything from them to date…I will be opening a case of theft for this company…

Mind you, I used the same company to transport the same furniture to Port Elizabeth sometime in February and they broke a lot of things which they never even replaced, I wrote emails to them without any ****** response from them. I used this company because they came cheap and that’s probably why they are so cheap because they don’t give a **** about people’s furniture and all they know is asking you to pay upfront😡😡

I wouldn’t recommend Megashift to anyone 😡😡
