Mega shift logistics quoted and met the best price criteria. They where scheduled to arrive on a Saturday but did not arrive on time. My tennant, who they had moved into the apartment contacted the office where they said they had scheduled the collection for Sunday, only for the driver to arrive later on Sat for collection, the tennant had left already.
After filing in a comprehensive inventory the movers did not bring a shuttle, although they had previously moved my tenant into the flat about 14 days before. Extra costs incurred, then the bill came for the bubble wrap, guess how much per meter ? R 20 per meter x 180 m, for a part move of a 2 bedroom flat. Emmanuel promised to sharpen his pencil and look at these extra costs !! He ****!
The second part of the move was from Salt Rock, arrived again, no shuttle but with a 5 ton truck which is not allowed in most complexes. The move had lots of extras, this time I bought my own bubble wrap, guess how much to they charged me ??? R 15/meter, for using my own bubble wrap.
The worst is we are in Cape Town and two weeks later their are still items, like bed, coffee machine, braai etc that are missing. They have not been delivered, Emmanuel makes all kinds of promises but we have not got a delivery date as of today!
These guys are all foreigners and although I hate xenophobia and ************** I feel we have just been ********** here, I bet most of these guys have no working permits or papers!
Emmanuel is a bull****ter! always talking and no action! making hollow promises to look at costing and not delivering !
My quote went from R 26 000.00 to R 41 000.00 and we still dont have our furniture. This company should be sent back to Zimbabwe where they belong, do not do business with them, they are not capable !!
They will wrip you off, and now they have my money and my furniture, ******** action will now follow, who needs that, rather use a reputable company.
regards
Warren
