Mega Shift Logistics in Cape Town - not bothered to communicate with client when there's delays

My one star goes to the team of 4 that assisted with our tiny move. they scored 1 out of 1 for effectiveness and friendliness.

Management and Sales score 0 out of 4 stars due to extremely poor communication skills between client and Mega Shift. Our move was delayed with hours and hours, I had to phone again and again and again... only department picking up their phones were customer services in Jhb. The Cape Town office just never bothered to answer e-mails or pick up phones. I recommend not using this company if you are based in Somerset West.... it is too far on the outskirts for them to keep their promises.
