Stay clear of thos company. During the transfer of my furniture from Cape Town to Johannesburg a newly bought desk was severely damaged. Mega Shift Logistics opted to fix the desk themselves and properly botched it. The rewrapped the desk trying to conceal the damage. Delivered the furniture without mentioning the broken desk. When I escalated it to their management team, they ignored me for 2 weeks. Then responded that they were going to have a disciplinary for the person responsible, then ignored me for another week and when the finally responded, it was to say it was not their problem. So I am sharing this in yhe hope that it prevents anyone else from being ****med.
