I booked and re-booked the date of the move on a few occasions, waiting for registration. Emanual, the consultant I dealt with, was helpful during this process, patiently re-booking dates. On the day of the move, there was a problem with the capacity of the trucks booked, but once again Emanul came through, arranging an additional bakkie. Care was taken with the move, and all arrived well. Only criticism is possibly confusion about the extras ordered, such as bubble wrap and tv boxes. However, I would definitely recommend Mega shift.
