Logistic services for relocation - Megashift Logestics

The service we received was terrible, i booked them for.my relocation from gauteng to western cape. Dates given for delivery not kept Received two days late No feedback from the company on were truck is and why truck is late i had to call them

Half given information , in regards to the tv crates said you buy them when you informed them your tv's where out of the crates they tell you that no its a hire service so they take the crates back before delivery

A bunch of my property damaged Freezers dented and bent Marble table top broken Oil spilled on my boxes and carpet Boxes opened Specialized trade Tools out of boxes

The staff at the depos not a care in the world for ones stuff the internal staff no care in giving proper information of feedback at all and because one can't afford the insurance they think they can just treat your stuff with disregard .

The only positive of this company is the drivers collecting and delivering they have pride in there work

The rest of this company not at all professional

WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL WORST MISTAKE I MADE TO TRUST THEM WITH MY STUFF !!!!!!!
