Living the Cape Town Dream

I started shopping around for moving companies from October getting quotes from different companies, what made me decide to go with Mega Shift Logistics was one of their sales agent Emmanuel. 1 He responded to my online quote request promptly which was followed by a phone call, he wanted to introduce himself and double check if I had received his email. 2 After 3 days of me not getting time to complete the item list sheet so he could give me a correct quote he made contact and followed up. l received my quote in less than an hour. 3 His patience and constant communication checking in (I sometimes leave things to the last minute) was amazing as it made me feel I have a partner that will be helping me with my move. 4 His effeciency and communication skills helped make the process smooth.. Even on the Saturday when my items were collected from our old house in JHB he interacted throughout the day checking if all was going well, I had forgotten to include my washing machine in my item list and he ensure it was included at last minute and taken with. On the Sunday when I received my furniture in Cape Town he was still communicating to check if all was going well even called in advance to prep me that the guy were on their way...I have referred Mega Shift to 2 of my friends already, one moved from CT to JHB and another one JHB to CT. I am happy with the service I received from Emmanuel and the rest of the team, I received my furniture arrived in CT in one piece. Both the collection crew and delivery crew were professional, worked fast and handled all items with care...
