Worst experience ever.

1. They demanded additional payment after leaving a whole bathroom unpacked and claimed the stuff in the bathroom they omitted to pack to be extra items 2. they are rude, insolent, disrespectful- eager to hail insults, blame the customer and point fingers only to offer countless apologies when they eventaully realise they are at fault. however that would not teach them to approach things differently 3. they stole a 70 liter jimmy box full of shoes 4. they stole a 70 liter jimmy box full of coats and jackets 5. they broke my vase after they made me pay for extra wrapping claiming the vase is part of the extra item. yet when they return the vase broken they claim they told me to wrap it. nutshell they are not taking responsibility for it. 6. the wrote up an inventory list without my involvement and now wan to rely on their own inventory list to claim that I have received all of my items. the question is, who verified that all items removed from location A were registered on the inventory list. 7. they hire unskilled/ untrained personnel who do not even know how to pack, take the furniture out of the house despite the numerous advices on how the furniture you are moving should be managed. 8. this company should not be operating in South Africa. It is full of ********* people. regards
