I had a terrible costly experience with the company

I had a terrible costly experience with the company. I hired them for the removal of my stuff from Durban because of their reasonable prices. They sat with my contract which perfectly stated the delivery address for over a month only to tell me on the day of delivery that they can not bring my stuff because Ga-rankuwa is a high-risk area. I had to do damage control because no one on their side would take full accountability. I was met with extra unbudgeted costs of hiring another company to move my belongings from their depot in North Riding to Ga-rankuwa. Even if they were the only company left, no matter how reasonably cheap their quote is I'd NEVER EVER hire Megashift Logistics. They lack the decency of accountability & yet give you an apathetic attitude that you must see your way out. I really despise their management team....
