Horrible service

Horrible super inefficient arrogant and has worse customer care service ever. Was meant to be moved 5th Dec my things ended up arriving 5 days later. No update just arrogant agents. Till today I have not received my plants. Got a call last week from their driver asking me to meet him half way to collect the plants. While waiting for my things to arrive. I would call and get different response each time. Not to mention that the initial contract had someone else's name. Dakalo told me it's not a problem. I should have seen the unprofessional ism right there. I had to source a place to stay while waiting for my things to arrive. Treatment was just inhumane.
