FURIOUS CUSTOMER

i have had the most pathetic service from them. they moved me from Jhb to DBn about 6 months ago. my stuff came down in drips and drags and after many calls and emails. when stuff came down most of my stuff was damaged and i have boxes missing. We keep getting told that they going to get back to us or they looking into it but nothing seems to be happening.

The boxes that are missing had valuable/small appliances and dishes and clothes and three pairs of branded takkies. I find it strange that there was a select few boxes missing as one of those boxes had our playstation wrapped in it amongst the clothes to protect it. They broke my TV in transit as well. gave me a loan tv which is a degrade from the one I had. It has no stand or bracket and the picture quality is pathetic which makes it impossible to use We are frustrated and not in a position to replace any of our stuff.

Is there anyone out there with a solution to this problem

I would definitely never recommend them to anyone else. Just wish i had read the facebook reviews before i used them.
