Extremely unhappy customer - Very Poor service

This company made my move from JHB to Durban such a bad experience!! After paying sooooo much money for the move, the service they provided was horrible!!

The truck for picking up my things came more than 2 hours late on the day. I had a few extra things that was not on my initial list, because my things have been in storage for over a year. They did not want to take it, had to pay an extra R3,000 for some plastics bags, a few extra boxes and an additional headboard. This was after there was still space left on the truck. Gave me the bull**** story of not charging you for the size of the truck, but per item that you list for your initial quote!!!!!!

Then...... My things were delivered a day late. Only informed me when we were 3/4 on our way from JHB to Durban that my things will only be delivered the following day. After I asked for it to be delivered on said date and it was agreed upon that date since the beginning of making contact with them. Me and my family had to sleep on the ground our first night in our new home.

On top of all of this, they took my gazebo, that was not on the list, did not add it to the list and then did not deliver it. Queried it on the day of delivery, apparently the gazebo was "forgotten at the depo/warehouse". Again, bull**** story!! Eventually after following up again on this, my gazebo was delivered to me.

Very disappointed and extremely upset about their service, or lack thereof!!!!
