Excellent Service All Round Having the unpleasant task of packing up a home to prepare for emigration, I had many moving parts.. including sending a 'part load of furniture and boxes ' to Grahamstown for family. My first challenge was to find a company that would not charge the earth because "Grahamstown was off their standard route', and because it was not a full load. I was given the mobile number of Malvin at Mega Shift Logistics by a friend, and not only was the price by far the best I had been quoted, but his personal service was also outstanding. From quote to packing to en-route to final delivery, he personally and proactively stayed in contact with me. In a country where service levels are mostly non-existent, I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with the service received. The entire Mega Shift Logistics deserves praise including drivers, packers, and the admin call center. Well done to a company that got it right!.
