Do not use Mega Shift, customer service non existent

Reached out to Mega Shift and the planning process was great, picking up the stuff and delivery was great. Upon arrival, my washing was damaged, and not just damaged but the lids (it's a top loader and all the plastic at the top) was melted not just damaged. It's nou been 4 months since I reached out about this and they leave me on read and always tell me someone will reach out to me. As always, worst after sales support, and don't ever work with Emmanuel, he's a big part of the reason I am having issues
