Dishonest, unreliable company avoid at all costs

<p>A long story, but in short this company is happy to collect your goods and take your money and make promises which they repeatedly fail to keep. They took two weeks from collection in Johannesburg to deliver our goods in Cape Town, when they originally promised that it would take 5 days. </p> <p>They string you along so as to keep you from changing to a competitor, and lie through their teeth in order to do so. They provide no communication and you as the client need to continually beg for information.</p> <p>They then hold your goods ransom and refuse to hand over until you have given them full payment despite the grave inconvenience caused to us. They left our family with no possessions, in an empty house for two weeks, and had zero sympathy or customer services.</p> <p>They have a flashy website but have no s****s to back it up.</p> <p>Dealing with Able and Comfort at Mega Shift was a traumatic experience that I would not wish on anyone.</p> <p> </p>
