Disappointing Relocation Experience
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with how relocation from Cape Town to Johannesburg has been handled.
Furniture was collected on Saturday, 28 February 2026, and I was informed that delivery would take place within 7 working days.
However, only after following up this evening was I told that delivery may now only happen later this week, with Friday being the latest. At no stage was this delay communicated to me in advance.
Relocating between cities is already disruptive, and being left without furniture for an extended and uncertain period has caused significant inconvenience. I would have expected better communication and transparency.
