Broken Television and broken promises, now broken hearts

From the start this company had been hasty to take my money, but utterly BAD at any form of feedback!

I and my wife have used this Mega Shift Logistics company to relocate our posessions from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Upon unboxing our 32 inch television, we noticed that the screen had been cracked badly. I had since then sent numerous communications to the service agent and to the manager Abel Machekano on both Whatsapp and on email. He has since ignored the matter despite my pleas to have the matter resolved. I have a young daughter with autism and her one joy is to watch her favorite shows on this television. It has been about a month that the issue has been unresolved and my daughter (3 years old) has to suffer each passing day as she does not understand why she cannot watch tv. I have spoken to Abel even telephonically and he promised to have a look into matter, however there has been no response.
