Be cautious when using this company. Manager by name of Emmanuel extremely rude and unprofessional. They will add extra exorbitant charges on quotes on the day of the move. The movers even anticipate and delay packing truck because their accustomed to managers charging extra for ridiculous things just to add more stress to your day. Emmanuel wanted to add 4k for ******* bags after I had removed dining set with 6 chairs, fridge, double bed and base. Ridiculous. If it was not for Thembi and the movers, It would be zero stars.
