Avoid Mega Shift Logistics at All Costs!

Mega Shift Logistics is the worst. They collected my furniture and clothes in Cape Town on the 28th of November, and it only reached Johannesburg on the 2nd of December—five whole days later! To make matters worse, it's now the 3rd of December, and they’re saying delivery might not happen today either, depending on truck availability.

The lack of communication is appalling—you have to chase them down as if you’re begging for a favor, despite having PAID for their so-called service. The whole experience has been a nightmare, and their disregard for customers is shocking.

This is the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. They have no respect for timelines, professionalism, or basic customer service. Honestly, they should shut down and spare others the headache.
