Avoid at all cost!

I booked and paid for their services well in advance, expecting a smooth moving day. However, on the day of the move, Thembisile called to inform me that the team would be an hour late. An hour later, no one had arrived or contacted me. When I called to follow up, I was informed that they would only arrive at 3 PM—three hours after the scheduled 12 PM arrival.

There was no manager available to assist, and the consultants on the phone seemed clueless about resolving the issue. Thembisile promised to call back with an update but never did—I had to follow up myself.

When the team finally arrived at 3 PM, they showed no urgency in loading the truck. Despite explaining the strict moving-in cut-off time at my new residence, I was left begging to avoid penalties for missing the deadline. To make matters worse, they forgot one of my items and had to return the next day to deliver it.

Moving is already stressful, and this company only made it worse. Do not be misled by their positive reviews—I was, and it was a mistake. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable company. I absolutely do not recommend them!
