I WANT TO LOGG A COMPLAINT. I invested R5000 and after 3 days the company (megaprofitcryptocurrency-Matthew) says I must upgrade by paying $870 before I can withdraw any profit. Nowhere was this communicated and I did not sign an agreement stating that I will pay any upgrade fee. I don't want to upgrade, apparently it is compulsary before I can withdraw my own money. There is no policy stating this upgrade and I was not informed before starting to do business/trading with them. Company also don't want to pay back my start up money after I explained to them that I do not have the money to pay upgrade fee and I don't want to invest in a company that is *****.
