Staff Training

Floor staff needs training. They have one medication memorized for a sickness and can't think beyond that. They need to keep up with daily changes in the medical industry and be able to think of alternatives. Not only can't they think outside the box but aren't even willing to listen to different suggestion. This inability to adapt results in bad services.
