No delivery & No refund
I requested a refund for an order placed and paid for with Mega Paper Trading as the courier did not deliver as promised and was unreachable by phone. The courier also requested we pay a refundable insurance fee which was not discussed prior to placing the order. This refund request was confirmed but now after 15 days the money has still not be refunded.

No delivery & No refund
I requested a refund for an order placed and paid for with Mega Paper Trading as the courier did not deliver as promised and was unreachable by phone. The courier also requested we pay a refundable insurance fee which was not discussed prior to placing the order. This refund request was confirmed but now after 15 days the money has still not be refunded.

****med out of R 9000 - Do not trust this company
We placed a paper order of just under R9000 with this company. We paid in full as they requested before they would send the goods. They were supposed to courier the paper to us. Their invoice stated that shipping was free. The courier they used sent us an email stating that R4000 has to be paid before they will deliver the paper. We queried it and after a few days, Mega Paper Trading informed us that the order would be returned to them and they will then use The Courier Guy to deliver. We were grateful and we asked them to please send us the waybill number so that we can inform our client that the paper was on its way. They did not sent a waybill number. When we followed up the next day, they had blocked our number. We could not reach them telephonically or on Whatsapp. We sent emails as well - no response. We tried phoning from other numbers - no answer. I went onto their website and sent them a whatsapp from a completely different number, posing as a new customer. They responded almost immediately. I then asked them to provide feedback on the invoice number i had, or else i would lodge a complaint with the consumer goods and services ombud. They simply rep**** "okay". The next morning, i was also blocked and cannot reach them anymore. They ****med us out of almost R9000. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
