Mega packaging / Santam sucks

Mega packaging a ********* company in South Africa, there truck caused an accident on 01 march 2025 at 12H54 am, the driver who is a foreign guy does not have a valid south African license and is probably ******* in the country, but back to the case at hand, this mega packaging knew that their driver was in the wrong when he reversed in to my car, to date they still haven't paid the access to santam so that they can pay my third party claim to have my car fixed, waiting since 2025 it's more than a year since the incident and santam is just as bad, they can sort me out and can get the access from their client mega packaging.
