No customer etiquette what so ever

I got a quote from Mega Music DJ's on 31 March 2019 at 12.31pm, which as per the terms and conditions is valid for 7 days, and the quoted stated that they cant gaurantee the date , but their quote does not specify that they cant gurantee the package they quoted you on, last night i wanted to make a payment to them and was well within the 7 days, and I sent them a watsapp to just confirm that they still have my date available, to which they rep**** that they will check today and let me know, today they tell me they have the date available but my package that I was quoted on is not available and the price now changes, to which I responded your terms and conditions dont state that you cant guranteee the package, and the quote is valid for 7 days, they then had a very nasty attitude telling me that their working hours are 9am ot 6pm, and I wanted to make a payment after these hours, you would think that with so many competitors out there they would be more accomodating, and customer, service orientated, when I had let them know of my concerns and that I will rather find someone else to assist me, they told me I can go right ahead and that they are not a match for me, if this is how you treat your clients at the forehand than I dont know what the after service will be like, very dissapointed, people read these reviews before you book them
