Unhappy Customer

Was at Mega Metals Vredenburg on 19/2/2024 , wanted to give in some staff from home , first I did not have hard copy proof of address , than I go and print one, than I came back to them , my I'd was not right , The Lady was very rude , arrogant, sarcastic , and did not know how to speak to people, The one that is working with the Admin, I told her she don't know how to speak to people, she scold back , Please learn your people right , I told her we are bringing your income , I was so angry , Went to Kobus Lock and they assist me with manners and were very professional , You could learn A lot by , You are not doing me a favour it is your job to be friendly and Respect comes from both parts
