Fuming client

So today I went to spar to buy lunch and also get some cash back B. Zikhali assisted me and because it was full I forgot to do the cash back and let this was at 14:48 . I rushed back to the office and had my lunch then realized I needed money for the afternoon and went back to spar.

I waited patiently in the que with just some sweets because I had purchased what I needed( lunch) before . Very abruptly the guy at the till SIYANDA tells me that there’s no money mind you he didn’t even acknowledge my presence by greeting I politely respond by asking if he didn’t even have R100? He once again very aggressively responds by saying “ we don’t have to give you cash back it’s not a must that we service you with cash back “ I asked him to please transfer me to the front of a till that would have cash back he continued being rude I had to call sisi Thembelihle to assist me and had N.Ngubo to assist me who did very well.

I have used spar for many many years it is my first time ever hearing that cashiers are doing us a favor by releasing cash back!!! I am furious infact I’m totally disgusted such manner of approach is unacceptable. It is always the new staff that has a problem and are disrespectful it is unacceptable!!! Totally totally unacceptable
