Mega Graphix Cresta broke my phone, refused to fix

I took my iPhone 5 to Mega Graphix at Cresta mall due to a cracked screen. Other than the glass, the phone operated perfectly well. They repaired the screen but after a month the display started showing light leak around the edges. I took it back and they said it needed to be re-glued but insisted on charging me for the time. Shortly after that the phone began behaving erratically, registering 'ghost' clicks, typing letters randomly. <br> <br> After a week researching the problem I established that the fault was with the digitiser, a problem that can sometimes happen with a poor screen repair. When I took it back to Mega Graphix again they denied all culpability, refused to fix the phone or honour any warranty on the repair. They said they would only quote me on replacing the entire screen again. <br> <br> Having spent well over R100,000 with them I found their attitude shocking. I'll never step foot in that store again. There are far more helpful, and cheaper, options out there for Apple products and repairs.
