Refrain from using Mega Flooring and Blinds PTA

What started off to a great start, ends up in an unsolved “GEMORS”.

Floors and blinds were installed last year round October. All moneys were also payed before installation.

After installation all was ****** dorey and a couple of weeks later the floors start making a “screeching” or cracking sound when walking on the floors in the house. We made contact with Mega Floor and then all **** starts.

The usual blame game, 1. The floor supplier 2. The floor now not level 3. Now someone has to pay 4. New self levelling screed needs to be pored.AT WHO’S COST ???????

Like usual the poor customers cost.

When old floors were removed there was and had never been any problem with cracking sounds or floor leveling issues.The old floors were replaced merely as color change and a new look after 14 years to floor in our home.

When new floors were installed the floors were all still in a perfect condition and all floors still level and the installer installed the new laminated floor.

So this problem is still not resolved and Mega Floors and Blinds expect me to now pay for removals of floors, putting down self leveling screed and relaying of floors.

This is utter nonsense and unacceptable.

So please ,please be very wary people.
