Poor services and quality

Very poor service, empty promises, poor quality vinyl. 2 years into the promised 20 year warranty, floors are very scratched, lifting. Our vinyl colour has been discontinued and we've been waiting 6 months for them to complete the floor. Making use of a sub contractors to install the floors. The one blames the other for the poor services.
