**** to take money without delivering goods

I ordered a keyboard from Click and Ship, who advertised that the delivery charge was R 100, when I paid click and ship Mike Andrew sent me an email asking for R 950 for insurance to ship the goods. I paid the money expecting my delivery that day, I got another email stating that I must now pay a further R 500 for customs before my keyboard would be delivered. I said no, they must now refund my money, I got an email saying that they would deliver anyway, on Saturday 23rd Jan 2016. I have not received my goods, and there is no response form Mike Andrew to phone calls, texts or emails. Click and Ship have not helped, I am still waiting for a refund, and Mega Express Couriers have disappeared, be cautious do not use either company.
