Mega doors ****

My name is Avital from sea point Cape Town Few months ago we did some renovations and changed all Doors frames and handles in our house , I decided to go on pro and called mega doors north gate because I wanted to get good service and professionalism. I have ordered special frames for thick walls of an old Victorian house, the guy came to our home and took all sizes, up until that point I was very happy , then I had to wait over five weeks for the frames which arrived but wrong size so we had to wait and wait to get the manager to confirm and send his guy again to take the correct measurements and take them back and then again we had to wait longer then three month . I have purchased beautiful handles from mega doors all stainless steel, fancy and expensive thinking I am finally doing renovations buying good quality doors , solid doors so I better invest in handles that will look good and last Year’s, little did I know that this handles will last less then a week and will fall off, I have call mega doors which came again to check why all handles are falling off and he said we got the wrong *****s , he was trying to put it on our carpenter but we opened another box and sadly we bought all boxes with missing original long special *****s, he then promised to bring back the correct *****s, another two weeks gone by and he came back with other *****s not the original ones he said he can’t find them and promised us that if that won’t work he will get us new handles, the guy left and sadly one day later all handles are loose and falling , I was very frustrated spent over 2500 thousand rands on handles and my doors looking so terrible with no handles and holes from all the *****s, we called mega doors and spoke to Ricky whom told us that his manager refused to give us new handles or give us the correct *****s, my husband called the manager who was rude unhelpful and full of stupid excuses to why his handles not working , bottom line we spent a lot of money got bad service and horrible products with no way or a solution to fix this , I had to go to another shop and buy new handles and pay again to a carpenter to come install them .when we told the manager we will write to hellopeter his reply was “ I can’t wait to read this “
