wrong couch delivered

She rep**** that this is the Sierra and there is still available but she will come back to me.<u></u><u></u></span></p> <p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 9. ********** ********** 2px;"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">I received a e-mail from her with the next message..I can supply a 3 Piece FIXED seat (Non Recliner) at R14999 (Excluding delivery.. which I refused. I wanted the one which all seats recline and said I will take the 'Sierra" meaning that is the one that I forward her the photo.<u></u><u></u></span></p> <p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 9. ********** ********** 2px;"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;"> I paid the R18349.00 - delivery cost inclued - and sent the proof through to Sharon.<u></u><u></u></span></p> <p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 9. ********** ********** 2px;"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;"><br /> <u></u><u></u></span></p> <p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 9. ********** ********** 2px;"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">When they delivered the couches the 3 seater is NOT a reclining couch. I tried several times to get hold of her per telephone without luck. On 26th May I sent a WhatsApp messenger- Sharon Labu****ne don't answer the phone - her answer was 'The 3div in not reclining. It's what they call a 3 way.'<u></u><u></u></span></p> <p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 9. ********** ********** 2px;"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">I have tried to phone Sharon, without any luck so I did sent a e-mail on 8th June 2016 and still NO response.<u></u><u></u></span></p> <p style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 9. ********** ********** 2px;"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">She is the sales person, the photo states EXACTLY what I wanted...</span></p>
