They don't want to refund me

Dec 2014 I paid a deposit for a Napple corner couch while they were at HIGHVELD MALL in Witbank then within 2 months I paid the remaining balance but when I called to ask about the delivery I got a lady called Lerato who then told me that what I have paid for is no longer manufactured. February 2015 I asked for my refund so that I can go buy somewhere else but that's when the problem started because I was told that if I don't take something else then I will lose 20% of my money but I don't understand why as Its not my problem that they no longer manufacture what I have paid for. Now I've been begging the warehouse to refund me but up to this day I haven't received my money and sadly this Lerato lady refuses to transfer me to the manager..I want my refund as soon as possible or else il be forced to take them to court as I have all my proof of payments
