No refund or replacement of faulty set

I am really disappointed in the service of Mega Couch. Two weeks ago, I called the head office (after struggling to get any help or feedback from the Hillfox branch) to collect my couches (3 pce Sieera recliner) as the couches were full of factory faults. We paid R15 999 + delivery cost charges of R350 for the set 10 months ago. The guy who we bought the set from (on display at Village Square mall) told us that we had a 1 year guarantee... Long story short... When they delivered the couches 10 months ago, I noticed that the couches were not level. When I told the delivery guy, he assured me that we have a guarantee and that I could just contact Hillfox to replace the set. Hillfox also assured us several times of the replacement if we had any problems. The couches are not only skew, the inside of the set is poorly filled. The seams are also unevenly done and the material is coming off. I spoke to Marcia at Head Office and she said that it is out of her hands and that their management said that they would only stuff the couches up again and would then return the set.
